ALLOW 4-8 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY:

• We are a small team and we are really working hard to cater for everyone’s needs and to respond to all queries and orders promptly!
• You can help us by planning ahead and order in time to allow 4 – 8 working days for delivery!
• Your delivery will be scheduled as soon as your order is confirmed with payment.
• At the moment we are experiencing a HUGE influx of orders, we can accommodate this but need clients to understand that we have to keep to delivery days and area schedules.
• Collections will be confirmed based on product availability.
• The Pawsome Raw team will deliver your order to you, within four to eight working days once your order has been confirmed.
• We will always strive to accommodate every client at the earliest possible delivery day in your area.
• Only orders that has been confirmed with payment will be scheduled for delivery.
• Please note that we do not process or attend orders over a weekend.

CONTACTLESS DELIVERIES:

• In support of social distancing, all Pawsome Raw deliveries are now contactless.
• Boxes will be placed on a surface indicated by you, the driver will then back away and allow you to check your order yourself.
• Cash payments have been deactivated.
• We encourage customers to use EFT facilities when placing online orders.

SHIPPING:

When you are ready to make payment, you will first need to confirm shipping/delivery details in order to proceed to payment. As per the image below, please click on “CALCULATE SHIPPING” to add Province, City and Postal Code and click update:

You will now have 2 delivery options to pick from:

1. Door to Door: 
   We will deliver to an address specified by you for delivery within the Gauteng region.
2. Local Pickup (GAUTENG ONLY):
   You can come pick up from our offices in Kya Sands, Midrand. We will confirm address details with you once payment has been received and your order is ready to pick up.

PAYMENT

Confirm Billing Details (this is automatically generated from your account details, double check to ensure that all details are correct), If your Delivery Address is different to your Account Address, you will have the option to “SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS” further down the page.

Once you have confirmed all Billing Details, as per the image below, you will have 2 different payment options:

1. EFT Bank Transfer:
   Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your invoice number/Customer Name as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account, this can take up to 48 hours. (Please send Proof of Payment to orders@pawsomeraw.com)
2. Ozow Payment:
   Ozow is a Secure Instant EFT Payment Gateway.

Tick Terms and Conditions and click on “Place Order”.

ORDER RECEIVED

Depending on your Payment Option, you will receive one of 2 emails from us:

• OZOW Payment:
  Once you have made payment, you will receive an invoice via email. We will contact you to confirm receipt of this and start processing your order.
• Manual EFT Payment:
  If you have chosen to make a manual EFT Payment, you will receive notification for your order with our Banking Details via email. Once you have made Payment, please send the POP to orders@pawsomeraw.com. Once we receive Proof of Payment, we will process your order.
